As the recovery and rebuilding from the pandemic continues, destination leaders are realizing they need an expanded toolkit for managing new challenges and complex relationships.  Join former Destination Organization executive and current certified leadership coach, Linda John, as she works with MACVB leaders Bill Deef from Meet Minneapolis and Rachel Thompson from Visit Greater St. Cloud.  Utilizing three different powerful personal assessment tools, Coach Linda will demonstrate how DMO professionals can become aware of their key individual strengths and building upon those, develop new strategies to improve their overall leadership success.
