Join us at the Water Street Inn in Stillwater for the MACVB Education Summit! We've put together a full agenda of learning to sharpen your skills, paired with great networking and industry vendors with the latest marketing tools and strategies for a not-to-be-missed conference!

Conference Attendees

All attendees of the MACVB Education Summit will automatically be registered for MACVB's 40th Anniversary & Brand Launch Party--the cost is included in your conference registration. Be sure to join us at 5 PM on June 5 at the Water Street Inn for a special celebration and the unveiling of the association's new name and brand!

40th Anniversary & Brand Launch Party

Registration to the Education Summit includes the 40th Anniversary and Brand Launch Party. There is no charge to attend the 40th Anniversary & Brand Launch party only. If you would like to join us at the Historic Freight House for dinner and evening activities immediately following the open house, a special rate of $50/per person applies, and reservations are requested.

The Education Summit is one of MACVB's annual premier educational conferences.

Conference Hotel:

Book your room at the Water Street Inn by calling 651-439-6000 and request the MACVB Education Summit group rate of $189/night + tax. Parking is $19/day. This rate will be extended into the week-end for those wishing to stay longer.

Book by May 16, 2025 to ensure rate and availability.

Additional Hotels:

A block has been reserved at the Lowell Inn. MACVB group rate is $155/night + tax. Book your room at the Lowell Inn by May 7th by calling 651-439-1100 and request the MACVB group rate. This rate valid for Wednesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 5 only.

A block of rooms is available at the Lora Hotel. The MACVB group rate for a premium king room is $369. Book your room at the Lora Hotel by calling 651-571-3500 before May 15th and request the MACVB group rate.

MACVB Member: $225

MACVB Member - Additional attendee9s) from same organization: $215

Non-Members and Additional Vendor Attendees: $275

Registration includes all conference sessions, materials, meals, and 40th Anniversary & Brand Launch party.

MACVB 40th Anniversary Celebration and Brand Launch Party is free to attend. A special rate of $50 is available for those who would like to continue the celebration and join us for dinner at the Freight House immediately following the open house.
